Set the Number of Data Items in a Chart
Change the maximum number of data items that appear.

Click the Settings button
on the Visual Actions menu. - Under Manage Items, do one of the following:
- In the Maximum number of data items box, type the maximum number of items you want to show and then press Enter to apply your changes.
- Move the slider to the right to increase the maximum number of items you want to show.
Note:
- The maximum number of data items you can show is 30. When Adjust layout for long labels is turned on, the maximum number of data items you can show increases to 100.
- As you reduce the maximum number of data items in your chart, the items that exceed the maximum amount will be moved into the Others data item.
You can set the maximum number of data items in your chart for the following visual types:
- Breakdown
- Bubble Grid
- Trend Breakdown
- Distribution
